My modern quilting journey began shortly before I found out I was pregnant with my third daughter, mid 2009. I was a member of the Dallas Modern Quilt Guild for a few years starting in early 2010. For those few years I was a prolific quilter and my fabric stash grew exponentially. Besides the numerous quilts I made then, I also made quilt-y friends through the guild. While my passion for quilting isn’t as strong as it once was, my best quilt-y friendships have remained. Our circle of friends continues to retreat together a few times each year where once again I remember my love for cutting up fabric and sewing it back together.

I used to be a fairly prolific quilter, back when the modern quilt movement started in 2010. I sometimes blogged about my quilting journey.

I’ve tried to keep up with taking pictures and documenting the quilts I’ve made. (You’ll see that I haven’t always done that!)

This list is a way for me to keep track of my quilty works-in-progress (WIPs) as well as abandoned projects (UFOs).
